1. Admission in the course will be on a first-come basis, and seats in every batch will be limited.
2. Admission in this course is a private learning opportunity being provided by the studio. The course is neither affiliated nor recognised by any university, college, or other educational / technical body.

Course Fee Dissection
Course fee shall include the following:

1. Raw Materials, Tools, and Equipment required for learning and;
2. Vegetarian Lunch, Tea & Snacks

Payment 

1. The Participant(s) and/or their parents (in case of minors) shall thoroughly read the course details & terms before making their payment.
2. Payment once made is non-refundable & non-transferable.
3. Admission will be confirmed only upon receipt of 100% payment, including applicable GST.
4. The payment acknowledgement received from our service provider will be considered as the Official Receipt. Kindly carry this Official Receipt, digital or physical print, to the venue for verification and admission.

Representations and Warranties

1. Participant(s) have to ensure proper care and safekeeping of their respective equipment & tools.
2. Participants will be liable to compensate Vaibhav Studios for any damage and/or loss to the same which is as a result of negligence.
3. Participant(s) shall be liable for any damage to the Studio property as a result of their act(s), either by omission and/or commission.
4. Participant(s) undertake that they are participating and attending the course(s) at their own risk and agree to follow the directions of the organiser(s) and/or their authorised representative(s) at all times.
5. Vaibhav Studios, its service providers, authorised representative(s), and/or the venue shall not be responsible for any demands, injury, losses, liabilities, costs, expenses, or other claims arising as a result of the course(s) or any part of it.
6. By making the payment, you agree (without prejudice) that all decision(s) of Vaibhav Studios will be final and binding on you. You agree to follow all Rules and Regulations that may be in force and/or updated from time to time.

 Cancellation and Refunds

1. Cancellation of the course by Vaibhav Studios will entitle the participant to a refund. The amount of refund will be pro-rated to the number of remaining days of the respective course(s).
2. Participant(s) dismissed from the course shall not be entitled to any refund.

Intellectual Property and Confidentiality 

1. The use of mobile phones and recording devices is strictly prohibited inside the venue, unless specifically allowed. Participant(s) are to seek explicit permission before video recording the proceedings.
2. If any Participant(s) are found recording without permission, their devices will be confiscated. Vaibhav Studios reserves the right to dismiss such Participant(s) from the workshop.
3. Participant(s) are permitted to film their respective projects using smart-phones within authorized studio zones. Any form of recording or documentation in restricted areas or inner rooms, where confidential studio operations are conducted, is strictly prohibited.
4. Participant(s) shall maintain strict confidentiality regarding all training materials and course content used during the program. Any videos, audios, or other copyrighted materials provided or utilized for training and demonstration purposes are the exclusive property of Vaibhav Studios. Such materials shall not be reproduced, shared, or used for any purpose other than the intended educational or academic activities of the program.
